At The Gilded Branch, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our ornaments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your item.

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

• The item must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging.

• Returns will only be accepted after the item has been received and inspected by our team.

 

Once approved, your return will be processed and a refund issued minus a 15% processing fee.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and the client is responsible for return shipping.
